History and expertise

Founded in 2024, after more than 20 years in commercial banking primarily focused on credit underwriting and approval, I saw a need in the market for consultants who understand how bank underwriters think and react. My goal was to help clients better position their risk and provide effective mitigants. In addition, the expertise I gained from reviewing hundreds of M&A deals each year has provided me with enhanced market knowledge of deal structures and financing opportunities.
